Who are Senscia?

“The purpose of risk management is to become good at taking risks.”

We don’t see risk as bad, to be avoided at all costs. Some risks are just an inevitable part of the things your business does. You have to take risks to be in the game. So it helps to be good at it.

We understand risk in its many forms and have great experience in helping businesses make sense of what is in front of them.

Broad real-world experience

We’ve worked in big organisations in the following sectors. We’ve learnt some useful stuff along the way:

  • Automotive
  • Financial Messaging
  • Government Intelligence
  • Government Law-making
  • Petrochemicals
  • Pharmaceuticals
  • Telecoms

Sat on both sides of the fence

We have fulfilled the role of regulator (by writing laws for governments) and we have managed risks by being CISOs and CROs.

This means we have a rounded perspective when it comes to managing risk.

Creative force

We know how to tell a story. We have been speech-writers, authors, film-makers. We operate our own video and sound-recording studio. We have artistic directors, sound designers, software developers and content authors working in our team.

Multi-cultural

Our team are citizens of the world, not culturally bound in to seeing things in only one way or making sweeping assumptions about how or why things are. We work across time-zones but our core team is based near Brussels, Belgium. We are friendly, dedicated to delivering the highest quality products and services, with exceptional professionalism.

You’re right to be cautious. There’s some terrible eLearning content out there. We’ve taken those courses ourselves and we’ll never get those bits of our lives back.

  • Do you know some of the common mistakes made when buying eLearning courses?
  • Do you know what great eLearning looks like, or how to get it?

Our eBook “20 Tips to Trap Training Tragedies” (try saying that fast!) answers these questions for you.
